SUPPLY FEES AND CONDITIONS
References marked “Out of stock” are subject to delivery times, which may vary from 6 to 8 weeks after the order. The store does not allow the purchase of products marked as being out of stock. For out-of-stock products, you can only send an email, using the form for that purpose to request information. The delivery minimum is for the tier marked and there is no sale by box.
The retail price shown by tier is valid per delivery. Prices shown are subject to the legal taxes in force.
For tiers higher than the last tier in each reference, prices are upon consultation and the orders are subject to confirmation of delivery times.
The cost of transport is charged separately, according to the volume and weight of the goods.
The prices shown may be revised due to a variation in raw material prices, an extraordinary increase in production costs and also due to not meeting the minimum order specifications.
Delivery times are those set out in our Order Confirmation, and it should be noted that they start counting as from the date on which all product requirements have been duly clarified and any instalments duly paid.
SITECNA undertakes to comply with the delivery times previously set out in our Order Confirmation, as long as they do not depend on factors outside our organisation.
Due to the above, delays in the delivery time indicated can never justify the order being cancelled, nor the payment of any compensation and/or interest or penalties of any kind.
The proposed delivery times, or those agreed for each order already accepted and confirmed by our services, may be automatically suspended and renegotiated whenever the technical and economic conditions for that purpose are not met.
Means of Delivery
Click and Collect from Sitecna S.A.
The customer may choose to collect his or her online order from the Sitecna S.A. premises.
After receiving the transaction message sent to the email/telephone number supplied by the customer, confirming the goods are available for collection, the customer should inform Sitecna of the date and time they wish to make the collection by sending an email to: logistica2@sitecna.com; p.santos@sitecna.com within 7 (seven) calendar days.
At the time of the collection, the customer should check all the goods packed in the package, that the references of the articles ordered match the references of the articles delivered, the quantity and their conformity.
If any defects or damage to the articles are detected and/or in the case of articles not coinciding with the order placed, the customer should identify them and immediately inform the person responsible for the delivery.
Home Delivery of the Purchase
1 - Delivery of the Articles/Transport
If the article/s is/are not available for delivery, SITECNA must inform the customer within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days after learning of that unavailability, reimbursing the amounts paid, should the Parties have not agreed a new term for executing the contract.
The store does not allow products marked as out of stock to be purchased. For out-of-stock products, it is only possible to send an email to request information, using the specific form for that purpose.
Should the customer not be available to receive the articles on the agreed date and time slot, he or she should contact SITECNA and indicate a possible date for the delivery to be made, which should be within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days.
The Customer undertakes to be present at the location at the agreed date and time to receive the goods. Should it not be possible to deliver the goods due to a fault of the customer, the transport costs related to failed delivery and the second deliveries will be borne by the latter, at the applicable set transport price. If on the agreed delivery date and time slot the customer is not at the agreed location, the goods will not be delivered.
The Customer has 72 hours to schedule a new service. Once the 72 hours have elapsed without the customer scheduling a new date, the order will be cancelled, and the amount will remain in the current account until there is a new order.
Order checking
When receiving the goods, the customer should immediately check the condition of the package.
It is presumed that the order was delivered to the customer in good condition by the transporter unless, when receiving it, the customer indicates any damage or incidence on the second copy of the delivery document and sends a notification email to SITECNA to sitecna@sitecna.com.
At the time of the delivery, the customer should check all the goods packed in the package, that the references of the articles ordered match the references of the articles delivered, the quantity and their condition. If any defects or damage to the articles are detected and/or if the articles do not coincide with the order placed, the customer should identify the damage or defects and send an email to SITECNA at sitecna@sitecna.com.
Within its partnerships, the transport company shall not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to wrong post codes/towns or incomplete addresses where a contact telephone number has not been provided or the latter is not correct or does not answer. Responsibility for such incidents lies with the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguard the conditions for offloading the goods, which may imply access conditions for heavy vehicles, auxiliary loading/offloading equipment (pallet-trucks/forklifts) and someone responsible for handling and offloading the goods.
