By filling in the contract forms the Customer guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data supplied and is responsible for any losses caused to SITECNA and third parties as a result of their inaccuracy. Date of birth and marital status are proof of the purchaser being of lawful age and/or emancipated. The customer undertakes to inform SITECNA in writing of any change in the personal data supplied.

When a customer registers, he or she receives a communication: “to finalise registration with our online store, go to your email to conclude the last step of the registration”

1. 3.    Selection of articles to include in the shopping cart

Prices are shown to both types of user exclusive of VAT. The tax is shown in the cart when the order is placed, taking into account the legal rate in force.

The retail price shown by tier is valid per delivery.

Confirmation of the articles and services included in the shopping cart, buyer’s details and invoicing and payment details 

The Customer undertakes to carefully check the details set out in his or her order summary, confirming the articles and services selected in the shopping cart, as well as the Customer details and invoicing details, and should then go back to the previous steps to rectify any error detected.

You may make payments by bank transfer, using the ATM system or home banking app provided by your bank on the Internet; MBWAY; Entity and Reference; PayPal, Bank Transfer.

Payment by MBWAY means you must fill in the mobile phone number linked to an MBWAY account, where the user will receive notification of the amount to pay.

After concluding the previous steps and confirming acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the customer will be able to activate the button “FINALISE ORDER”.

Email + SMS transaction messages:

When a payment is confirmed (using MBWAY, ATM Reference and PAYPAL) - “Your order with ID:#00 has been paid. Wait for confirmation of shipment”
